Absolutely. Each of my limited edition prints is signed by hand on the verso. Additionally, they’re titled, numbered, and stamped with my copyright and reproduction note on verso to certify their authenticity.

Museum quality means top-tier. I use only selected photo labs that adhere to the highest standards of quality and archival stability.

Yes, every single one. All my black and white limited edition prints are gelatin silver prints on Ilford Baryta Paper, except when stated otherwise.

Your print might look slightly different from what you see on your screen. That’s because every screen is calibrated differently, and they’re also backlit, which can change the brightness of an image.

Yes, absolutely. My website is protected by an SSL certificate, which encrypts any data you input, ensuring a secure connection. Additionally, a robust firewall is in place for added security.

I take the privacy and security of your information very seriously. All credit card transactions are processed through Stripe or Paypal, industry leaders in secure payment processing. I never store your credit card information on my servers.

I’ll get your order out as fast as I can. If the photo isn’t already in the archive, allow two to three weeks for the printing process. You’ll get an email confirmation when you place the order and another one with tracking info when it ships.

I pack my art securely to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. But if something does go wrong, hang onto the original packaging and shoot me an email with photos of the damage within seven days at contact@marcotenaglia.com.

If you suspect your package is lost, check the tracking number sent to your email and then get in touch with me at contact@marcotenaglia.com.

Since I’m based in Italy, orders outside of the EU might attract customs fees. I’m not responsible for these charges or for providing advice on them. Check with your local import office for more details.
