Return Time: You have 14 days from delivery to decide if the print you received is exactly what you wanted. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, I’m here to help you sort it out.
How to Make a Return: Drop me an email at contact@marcotenaglia.com and let me know you want to make a return. I’ll send you all the instructions you need to send back your item.
Item Conditions: Make sure to return the print in its original condition, with any accessories and the certificate of authenticity if provided. I want it to be perfect when it comes back to me!
Return Shipping: You’ll need to take care of the return shipping, but I’ll make sure the process is as easy as possible for you.
Refund: Once I receive your print and verify it’s in perfect condition, I’ll refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
